For us, branding encompasses the strategic development and creative implementation of a brand identity. This includes brand analysis, positioning, logo development, color palette, typography, and application at key touchpoints. Not included are third-party brand research or legal trademark checks.
Digital marketing refers to the planning, creation, and management of campaigns on social media, search engine advertising (SEA), and content marketing. We do not provide guarantees for reach or sales figures, as these depend on many external factors. Our work is based on transparent target agreements.
This includes the strategic consulting and implementation of internal and external communication formats: press releases, newsletters, corporate blogs, social media editorial work, and crisis communication concepts. Excluded are legal opinions or assuming liability for third-party statements.
Our services do not include guarantees for specific economic results, legal advice, accounting, or tax consulting. We also exclude work on projects that violate applicable law or pursue ethically questionable goals. All projects are subject to individual review.
We work iteratively: after the initial concept phase, there are two fixed revision rounds. Any further changes are billed based on effort. Fundamental changes in direction after a concept has been approved are not included in the original budget and will be discussed separately.
